A Thank You from Derrick
It is difficult to find appropriate words to thank everyone for the very generous gift received on Sunday (29th September 2019) and for the generous words of appreciation expressed.
To have been a Reader and minister to the congregation of Bingham ( and elsewhere in my “younger days” ) has been such a privilege and most rewarding. In a way it was an easy decision to retire, knowing the time was right, but a difficult decision to carry through.
Thank you all for your encouragement and support on the way. I look forward to welcoming my successor from the congregation!
