VACANCY FOR MANAGER, PERMANENT POSITION

We are a family-friendly employer looking for an enthusiastic person as Manager and Handyman at Old Church House (OCH).
OCH plays an important part in the life of Bingham, hosting a wide range of community activities including Bingham School of Dance.
Duties: oversight of OCH cleaning and maintenance
Supervise employed OCH Cleaner and assist where necessary.
Minor repairs as handyman
Maintain supplies and services, liaise with contractors
Reporting to: Parochial Church Council, Rector and Churchwardens
Time Commitment: 4 hours in the course of the week, so hall can function every day for the use of our tenants.
Pay: £11.00 per hour
Holidays: 20 days pro rata and 8 days Bank Holidays pro rata
Requirements: Proven working experience in a similar role
Ability to handle medium weight cleaning equipment and machinery
Knowledge of cleaning materials and supplies
Good organisational and communication skills
Integrity and flexibility, self-motivated, enjoy working when alone.
